Can I cancel my registration and get a refund, if needed?
Ans: Because our enrolment is limited, and because our expenses still must be met no matter how many delegates we have attending, we don't offer refunds for cancellations. However, you may transfer your registration to another person at any time; just let us know the details in writing.

What does the course price include?
Ans: The course fee covers the cost of the workshop, 5 days accommodation with B&B, lunch, mineral water, and teas and coffees.

Will I receive a certificate?
Ans: Yes, all delegates receive a Certificate of Attendance following completion of the seminar.

What training courses do you offer?
Ans: We offer 5 days courses in both SEO and PPC. We are flexible and can offer courses suited to your requirements. Get in contact for more details.

Why 5 day SEO training course?
Ans: Five day course enables you to harness the skills of SEO. We are not only delivering theory of effective use for SEO. We will deliver you an on-course practical experience by enabling you the techniques through practical experience provided you during the course by tutor.

How much will the training cost?
Ans: The cost is £995 for five days training. This figure includes all attendees at your office location in the UK. There are no hidden charges

Can we choose a location for the course?
Ans: At the present stage we are only offering one location that is Newcastle upon Tyne. But we may be able to extend services in near future. at other locations and venues.

Is  accommodation for Free?

Ans: yes we provide Free en-suite accommodation for participants of course

Can I get my own domain and hosting for my personal website in during the training?

Ans: yes we will provide you with free domain and webhosting during the course.

Can we choose a specific date for the course?
Ans: Yes. Subject to availability you can choose your preferred date.

How do we book?
Ans: Just Click on the course date and fill out the form correctly thereafter  select the Payment method that you wish to use, or contact us and we will send you an order form.

How can we pay for the course?
Ans: You can pay by credit card, Paypal through our website.

Can we rearrange for another date?
Ans: You can rearrange your training date as long as we receive 14 days notice in writing prior to the start date of course.

How many attendees can we have on the course?
Ans: we can only offer 10 attendees per course due to the reason of intensity and to maintain quality teaching level.

Is there any after support?
Ans: Yes. We offer 2 months online support for your own website and advice.
